Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company objectives
Review and manage contracts, tenders, and commercial negotiations with clients
Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial models
Identify new products and services for the company and secure technical
Department management, staff training, and development
Successful negotiation outcomes

Contribution to strategic growth initiatives
Lead pricing strategies, bids, and proposals
Present the company at meetings, exhibitions, events, and stakeholder forums
Collaborate with the finance, legal, and operations teams
Provide commercial input to senior management and support business planning
Ensure adherence to company policies, governance, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Law/Commerce/International Relations or related field
5+ years’ post-qualification experience in a commercial, finance, or contracts management role
Proven track record of managing budgets, contracts, and commercial performance
Industry-specific experience may be required depending on the sector
Skills and Competencies:
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
Strategic thinking with attention to detail
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in presentation, financial, and reporting tools (e.g. Powerpoint, Excel, ERP)
